Getting started is simple. You can call or text, fill out our referral
form, or your healthcare provider may refer you. Then one of our
Connect representatives will contact you and help determine which
of our free programs and services best fit your family’s needs.

Home Visiting Programs

Healthy Start of North Central Florida Coalition and Central Healthy Start Coalition specialize in home visiting programs which
provide critical support to hundreds of families across our 16-county area. Nurses and trained professionals support our families to
